To register, you need your current account number and the mobile number linked to your account. During registration, you will create a username and password. You can register on the iOS or Android app or via the Online Banking Portal.

You can view your balance and recent transactions, transfer funds between your accounts, make UK and international payments, manage Direct Debits and Standing Orders, view and download statements, send secure messages, and more.

Yes. The mobile app supports biometric login such as Face ID and Touch ID on iOS, and the Android equivalents, after you first log in with your username and password.

Yes. You can transfer money between your QIB UK accounts and send payments to accounts at other UK banks.

Make sure your mobile number is up to date with the bank. Otherwise, you won't receive the OTP (one-time password) codes you need to log in and complete transactions.
