- Translation Services – the majority of our staff speak Arabic for customers who do not use English as their first language.
- Visual Impairment – the text size and colour can be changed to help customers with visual impairment or reading difficulties.
- Fraud or Scams – if you are unsure about a caller or product offered to you, kindly contact us.
- Illness or Financial Difficulties – in the unfortunate event you face such difficulties our trained Relationship Managers can support and discuss various options with you.
