
Greg Ellison
Chief Executive Officer
Greg is Chief Executive Officer of the Bank, having joined in April 2026. A Chartered Director, Greg has over 29 years’ experience in financial services and more than 17 years in Chief Executive roles. He has led a range of regulated banking and wealth management businesses, with a particular focus on strategic transformation, digital innovation, and sustainable growth.
Before joining the Bank, Greg was Chief Executive Officer of Alpha Bank London, where he oversaw a successful period of strategic repositioning and digital investment. He previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Capital International Group, founding and launching Capital International Bank, a fully digital corporate bank. Earlier in his career, Greg held senior leadership positions at Barclays Wealth, including Head of Banking and Managing Director for the offshore businesses in Jersey, Guernsey, and the Isle of Man, having begun his career at HBOS. Greg holds a degree in Business Studies from Swansea University, an MBA from Henley Business School, and executive diplomas from Oxford Saïd Business School and MIT.
David Law
Chief Risk Officer
David is Chief Risk Officer for QIB (UK), having responsibility for both Risk and Compliance, and has over 20 years’ experience in Banking, with a large portion held in Senior roles at MENA focused banks in London, and more recently in the Middle East. David holds a number of Professional Banking qualifications including an Honours Degree in Financial Services. He is an Associate of the London Institute of Banking & Finance, the International Compliance Association and the Chartered Institute of Securities & Investment.
Alex Kerslake
Head of Treasury
Alex Kerslake is the Head of Treasury at QIB (UK). He spent 5 years in sales and dealing positions at foreign exchange broker Moneycorp, before moving to United National Bank as their Senior Treasury Manager, where he specialised in foreign exchange and money markets. Alex holds professional treasury qualifications from the Association of Corporate Treasurers.

Fouad Shakhshir
Chief Commercial Officer
Fuad joined QIB in May 2017 as Head of Structured Real Estate, and he was promoted to Chief Commercial Officer in April 2025. He is currently responsible for both the Structured Real Estate and the Private Banking teams. Prior to joining QIB, Fuad spent 16 years with Lloyds Banking Group in London, in various senior positions in Infrastructure, Real Estate and in Restructuring, covering both UK and Mainland Europe. He has transacted senior debt, mezzanine debt and equity investments, covering asset acquisitions, refinancing and corporate M&A (including Public to Privates). Prior to banking, Fuad was a Principal Consultant at KPMG in London. Fuad has an MBA from Imperial College, London, and is a native Arabic speaker. He is a qualified business (SME) mentor, and is previously served for 3 years on the Alumni Board for the Business School at Imperial College.

Beverley Dyson
Head of Human Resources
Beverley joined QIB UK as Head of Human Resources. She has over 30 years’ Banking experience, serving 20 years’ as Head of HR at many International Banks, including BLME, Guaranty Trust Bank and Banks within the BNP Paribas Group. More recently she worked at United National Bank heading up the HR and Facilities functions.

Ludwig Krause
Chief Financial Officer
Ludwig is a Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in financial services and a track record in enhancing profitability. He qualified with PWC in South Africa before joining Deutsche Bank in London, after which he became Finance Director of a specialist mortgage lender, then CFO of FirstRand Investment Bank before moving to QIB (UK) in January 2016. Ludwig runs a team that provides Financial, Management Accounting, Regulatory, Operations, IT, Facilities and Financial Systems support to the Bank. He holds a Master’s degree in Finance. Prior to his move to London, Ludwig was a lecturer in tax and accounting at the University of Johannesburg.
